Wanted to jump into your inbox with a couple of quick announcements and updates that you might want to know about!
First, you may have seen that we've been participating in the Pintopia 2025 event being hosted at Backerkit. Similar to Kickstarter, Backerkit Crowdfunding has been running a multi-week celebration of all things pins and plushies... which you know we specialize in!
This special campaign features some delightful new enamel pins, including a JUST ADDED Cthulhu Valentine's Glitter Pin.

We worked long days and nights over the weekend to ship every single thing we are able to ship for all of our backers.
Please note that we still have 48 backer pledges who we've been unable to get shipping surveys from. We've attempted to reach out to all 48, as well as the three backers whose credit cards failed to process.
We've uploaded tracking numbers for all shipped pledges to Backerkit.

Fulfillment Update!

Hey, C is for Cthulhu Fam! Just wanted to swing back with a quick fulfillment update.
Our teams have been working hard to as much shipped as possible this week, and we've made great progress. There's a big pick-up scheduled for today and I'm about to drop another bundle of packages off at the post office:
- All International Packages Shipped!
- All Collector's Box Packages Shipped!
- All multiple order groups shipped.
- All tracking #s of shipped packages have been uploaded to Backerkit.
What's left is about ~150 one of one custom orders that we're still working on packing... but as we're making great progress, they should all be out the door by next week!
Note, we're still trying to collect shipping info from 49 backers and collect failed credit card payments from 3 backers. You can check your status or complete your surveys by logging in here.
